Book List

The Book Sale will be July 23 and 24, 2008. Times and names published in June.

For your convenience, we have listed the textbooks we will be using for the 2008-09 school year.

Make-up testing (if you missed the original Entrance Exam)
for prospective Freshmen, Class of 2012, will be held:

Date:                April 2, 2008

Time:              1:00 p.m.

Cost:            $65.00 (Cash or Check)

All applicants wishing to be considered must bring with them a copy of their 7th and 8th grade report card.

A copy of their last standardized testing results, a letter from their parents indicating why they would like their child to attend Paraclete and what you expect from Paraclete High School .. 

A copy of the baptismal certificate is required for all Catholic applicants.


Re-registration Information for the 2008-09 school year

  • Return all paperwork by Friday, April 4th, 2008 along with the $375 registration fee. (After April 11, the fee goes up to $400.)
  • Guidance counselors will be giving students course handbooks and paperwork regarding course selection after they return form Easter vacation. Choose your courses carefully. No changes will be made when school starts. We do NOT honor requests for teachers.
  • Re-registration day is Monday, April 28, 2008
  • Report ONLY at the time designated for your grade. Priority is given to students who register on this day.

Returning students arrive at the following times:

Current Freshmen – 8:00 – 9:30 am

Current Sophomores – 12:00 – 1:30 pm

Current Juniors – 9:45 – 11:15 am

  • Sophomores will be able to order class rings on this day also. Forms distributed at a later date. A deposit will be required if you order a class ring.

  • Pictures will be taken on this day. Order forms will be given out later. Students MUST wear a collared shirt.
