School Motto:
The motto of Paraclete High School is "Veni, Lumen Cordium," Come, Light of the Heart. The motto is taken from a twelfth century hymn to the Holy Spirit, wherein the Wisdom of God is invoked as the light by which men are called to leave their lives, as they walk through the darkness of ignorance and self-centeredness.
