Activities of Paraclete High School

Our Choir course, offered "zero" period, meets the fine arts requirements for the UC school system.
It is considered an Art elective.

Singin' Spirits is a group of students that rehearse and sing 50's music during the spring & autumn, and Christmas carols during the winter at nursing facilities, for the elderly, shut-ins, etc. All Paraclete students are welcome!
Paraclete has its own charter of the Tri-M Music Honor Society.
Tri-M is the international honor society recognizing secondary music students for their musical ability, academic excellence, school involvement, and community service.
The National Association of Secondary School Principals has placed this program on the
NASSP National Advisory List of Student Contacts and Activities for 2004-2005.
Members are selected using Tri-M criteria:
Musicenrolled in a school-sponsored music ensemble and/or class for at least one semester.
Scholarshipat least a B grade average in music and at least a C grade average in other academic subjects.
Leadership, Service, and Characterhave demonstrated leadership, service, and character in their activities.
