ADDITIONAL INFORMATION / DATES
1. Graduation tickets 20 provided per family à available @ Senior Parent Meeting
Tickets must be picked by parent at meeting or in the office.
As of now there are no extra tickets available.
If you are using a skybox, contact Mr. Gavel by May 1st for ticket exchange.

Disneyland
(no Paraclete underclass allowed to attend)
a. Base ticket price is $90 per person (price will vary based on participation in
Jog-a-thon & Homecoming activities) includes transportation
b. All guest prices are $110 (guest must be HS senior or older)
c. Students are not guaranteed ticket or transportation until all permission forms are returned.
Deadline for paperwork is May 9th.
4. Paraclete does not sponsor or encourage after graduation trips.
WHAT IS EXPECTED OF SENIORS THIS SEMESTER
1. Pass all classes any “F” will affect graduation senior may not be allowed to
walk in ceremony NO DIPLOMA RECEIVED
2. 13 absences will also affect credits for graduation
3. Discipline problems wil be taken seriously
including possible loss of privileges or even participation in ceremonies
1. Graduation Fee - $95 due April 30th ($115 on May 5th) à
This is a separate fee from Grad Nite ‘08
2. Checks will be accepted for all tuition, Parent Service Hours, unpaid bills/fees until May 7th
CASH/MONEY ORDER/ CASHIERS CHECK starting on May 5th
3. Grad Nite ’08 ticket sales are on first come-first serve basis.
a. Cash or checks will be accepted from April 14th to May 2nd
b. CASH/MONEY ORDER/CASHIERS CHECK ONLY May 5th May 8th
c. Grad Nite ’08 ticket sale ends on May 8th
Dress Code for school after hours activities
No Jeans of any type; No Sweats; Shoes must be worn at all times; No hats or head gear.
GIRLS: Dresses and Skirts must be no shorter than two (2) inches above the knee; Slits on dresses must not reach higher than the knee; Apparel that is torn, low-cut or exposes the midriff will not be allowed.
BOYS: Dress slacks must be worn with dress shirts and a tie OR the banded collar dress shirts may be worn; A suit or sport coat is optional.
Any student found out of dress code will be sent home.
REMINDER:
No Dirty Dancing (i.e. “freaking”)|
Students found dancing or behaving inappropriately
will face disciplinary action.
