What is the Night of Extreme Cuisine?
This is an annual event held in order to help earn money for scholarships
for deserving students who are in need of financial aid through no fault of their own.

is proud to put on this gala event where school and the community can come to together and enjoy some of the finest restaurants and wineries of the
Antelope
Valley
and other surrounding areas. We have been blessed to have restaurants such as Claim Jumper, Red Lobster, Black Angus, and Rubio’s. Please check out the list of restaurants and wineries that participated in 2008.

Along with the restaurants and wineries, it is also our goal to provide attendees with the best entertainment. We have had performers in the past such as South Pacific Dancers, the AV Jazz Ensembles, the Alley Cats, and a comedian. We are in the process of booking the 2009 entertainment for the Night of Extreme Cuisine, “Blue Waters of
Hawaii
”.
Part of the fun during the night is the silent and live auctions that are held. Here you will find friends bidding against each other for terrific items such as a new BBQ or signed sports memorabilia. All of the items are donated, and we are grateful for each donation that is given. You may also want to take a chance at the cash/vehicle raffle that is held.
At the end of the evening, the winner of this exciting raffle is chosen.
This event couldn’t take place without the help of hard working volunteers
and the fabulous businesses who have and will again donate to and sponsor this event.
