The Night of Extreme Cuisine is a benefit event that helps fund our scholarship and endowment programs. With the help of this event, we are able to assist Paraclete families who are in financial need.

At the Night of Extreme Cuisine, you may sample foods from some of the finest restaurants and wineries in our surrounding area. There will also be live entertainment for your enjoyment. While at the affair you may participate in our silent or live auction. During this event we will pick the lucky winner of our vehicle/$20,000 raffle.

The next meeting is scheduled for Thu. Oct. 18th at 7:00pm in the school library. Anyone interested in helping can attend.

We are looking for donated (new) items to put in baskets for the auction. All items can be dropped off at the school office, attn: Lori Dahlia. Ideas for the baskets are listed below.
