Cletehouse Cafe will be open August 15, 2022.
Cletehouse Cafe would like to welcome the incoming freshmen and returning upperclassmen and tell you a bit about what we do. As the foodservice provider at Paraclete, we strive to give our students a fresh and healthy option for lunch. In addition to the daily specials and the freshly prepared salads and wraps, we bake coffeecake daily which the students love.

Join us on Instagram @cleteskitchen There you will find the specials for the week posted as well as give us feedback on what foods YOU want to eat! We are listening to you.
There are a number of ways students can purchase lunch. Paying cash or check daily at the cafeteria window is one way. We use the PayPams.com system which allows you as the parent to pre-load money onto your students account with a credit card. This also allows you to track what they are eating on a daily basis.
Your student can also bring a check(made out to Cletehouse Café) or cash to school cafeteria to load onto their lunch account which immediately shows up on the account, this form of payment is free.
At PayPams.com simply select Cletehouse Cafe and create an account. The ID number you will use is your students 5 digit student ID.
PLEASE NOTE: THERE IS NO TRANSACTION FEE WHEN THE KIDS USE THEIR ACCOUNTS AT THE WINDOW. PAYPAMS WILL CHARGE YOU $1.75 EACH TIME YOU LOAD MONEY ON THE ACCOUNT FROM THEIR PAGE. IT IS FREE WHEN YOU PAY US BY CHECK, CASH OR CREDIT CARD AT THE CAFE.
PREORDER PROCESS:
- There MUST be money pre-loaded on the students account to pre-order. (no cash accepted at time of pick up). You may also pre-order at the service windows before school and at break.
- Orders can be place the evening before or the day of BEFORE 10am. Any orders received after 10 am will not be accepted. The reason for this is to give the kitchen enough time to process the orders.
We encourage students to pre-order their lunch. This allows them to customize their lunch based on their taste, allergy or dietary restrictions.

Include in the email the students five digit student ID number and what they would like to order. In return they will receive a confirmation that their order was received. Orders must be received by 10am. This will ensure they get what they want. Inside the gym in the Saint Joseph Building is where they will pick up their pre-ordered lunch.
Pre-ordering is for lunch only, not breaks.
Our menu can be accommodated to handle dietary restrictions so please ask.
