Winter Ball Dance Dress Code

Time: 8:00 – 11:00 p.m.

Dress Code:
No Jeans of any type
No Sweats
Shoes must be worn at all times
No hats or headgear
Apparel that is torn, low-cut or exposes the midriff (stomach area) will not be allowed.
GIRLS: Dresses must be no shorter than 2 inches above the knee (whether walking or standing) but can be longer (past the knees) or tea-length Slits on dresses must not reach higher than 2 inches above the knee.
BOYS: Dress slacks must be worn with dress shirts and a tie may be worn. A suit or sport coat is optional
Reminders / Items Subject to Disciplinary Action:
Paraclete Student Identification AND a ticket are REQUIRED for admission. Students with no Paraclete Student Identification will be subject to a dean’s detention.
Any student out of dress code will be subject to a dean’s detention and face the possibility of being sent home.
REMINDER: No Dirty Dancing (i.e. “freaking”) Students found dancing or behaving inappropriately and not in accordance with behavior guidelines set forth in the Student/Parent Handbook will be subject to disciplinary action.
Dress Guidelines for Athletic & Extracurricular Events
The following items are not permitted to be worn at athletic & extracurricular activities:
- Ripped jeans of any type
- Dress or skirts
- Torn, see through or low cut blouses
- Any apparel that exposes the stomach area
- Tank tops or sleeveless shirts
- Baggy, torn or holey clothing
- Short shorts
- T-shirts, shirts, or sweatshirts that advertise alcohol, tobacco, drugs or other improper items or convey inappropriate messages are not permitted
Any student found to be in violation of dress code when they arrive at the event will be sent home to change.
