Mr. Warren A. Seidel was the Chief of Labor and Environmental Law at the 412th Test Wing, Edwards Air Force Base, California. The Nichter-Seidel Scholarship Fund was created in Warren’s honor by his wife, Nadine Nichter-Seidel, and his son Trevor and daughter, Ashley. Read Warren’s biography here.
